80th Foil Balloon

Description 18″ 80th Birthday foil balloon. These number balloons are ideal for all those special ocassions especially for those birthday parties.   Balloon Care   Foil balloons are sensitive to extreme temperature changes. In cold air they may appear deflated. In warm air they usually expand. again. Extreme heat can cause the helium to expand and burst the balloon. Foil balloons may conduct electricity. Do not release helium filled foil balloons outdoors or use near overhead power lines. Use only non-metallic ribbon and attach the balloon to a weight to keep it from floating away. Inflate with helium, this balloon will float for 3 – 5 days and can be refilled.
