Description 18″ Baby Boy foil balloon. Balloon Care Foil balloons are sensitive to extreme temperature changes. In cold air they may appear deflated. In warm air they usually expand. again. Extreme heat can cause the helium to expand and burst the balloon. Foil balloons may conduct electricity. Do not release helium filled foil balloons outdoors or use near overhead power lines. Use only non-metallic ribbon and attach the balloon to a weight to keep it from floating away. Inflate with helium, this balloon will float for 3 – 5 days and can be refilled. You should never deliberately inhale helium as it may cause you to asphyxiate leading to suffocation and serious harm.
