Sauna oil Harmony is a nice combination of the following essential oils: *Eucalyptus essential oil facilitates the inhalation of steam, creates a refreshing feeling and relaxes. *Peppermint essential oil makes the steam easy to inhale and slightly reduces the discomfort caused by the heat. *Juniper berry essential oil – gives the steam a soothing Estonian aroma of wood. Usage Directions Pleasant oil for sauna and bath. Add 2-3 drops to the sauna steam water. In addition, this essential oil can be used for aroma stones, humidifiers and aroma lamps. Bath water 2-6 drops. Dilute up to 5 drops with 10 ml of base oil to massage oil.
