Usage Directions Pleasant oil for sauna and bath. Add 2-3 drops to the sauna steam water. In addition, this essential oil can be used for aroma stones, humidifiers and aroma lamps. Bath water 2-6 drops. Dilute up to 5 drops with 10 ml of base oil to massage oil.
