Redness and ridges are normal.Immediately after treatment, redness and unevenness of the treated area is often observed. They can last up to 2 hours or more. It is normal if the treated area feels like a sunburn for a few hours. If sensitivity persists, a cold compress should be used. If you have scabs, apply an antibiotic cream. Darkly pigmented skin is more uncomfortable than light skin and may last longer.Clean the carefully treated area.The treated area can be gently washed with mild soap. For the first 48 hours, tap the skin to dry it and do not rub it.No makeup or lotion/moisturizer/deodorant for the first 24 hours.Keep the area to be treated clean and dry, and if redness or irritation persists, do not use make-up, moisturizers, and deodorant (underarms) until irritation resolves.Dead hair begins to fall out 5-30 days after treatment.Designer stubble, which is dead hair that has fallen out of hair follicles, appears within 5-30 days after treatment. This is normal and will disappear soon.Exfoliates and accelerates hair removal.Hair loss can occur anywhere 5-30 days after treatment, which can manifest as new hair growth. This is not new hair growth, but dead hair being pushed out of the hair follicles. Washing and shaving with a washcloth will help prevent hair loss.Avoid the sun.Stay out of the sun for two months to reduce the chance of dark or bright spots. Always use sunscreen (SPF 25 or higher) during treatment and for the next 1-2 months.Do not pick/scratch/wax/thread/tweezers area.Do not pick or scratch treated leather. During laser treatment, do not use any other hair removal methods or products other than shaving the treated area. You won’t get better results.
