155Mbps CWDM 1×9 Fiber Optical Transceiver (SMF, CWDM 1270~1610nm, 120km, SC/ST/FC, 3.3V/5V) The OTC155-xxA2xxCR series are high-performance and cost-effective CWDM 1×9 optical transceivers supporting data rates up to 155Mb/s. They are designed for Fast Ethernet and SDH STM-1/SONET OC-3 long reach application, which provides high-capacity, high-bis bandwidth communication solutions for multiplexed optical networks. This series CWDM 1×9 transceiver module provides a 120km transmission distance over single mode fiber, and there are 18 center wavelengths available from 1270nm to 1610nm, with each step 20nm. Each 1×9 transceiver optics consists of a transmitter section and a receiver section. The transmitter incorporates a highly reliable CWDM DFB Laser and a driver circuit that converts Pseudo Emitter Coupled Logic(PECL) data to the light signal. The receiver incorporates an efficient InGaAs PIN photodiode converting the light signal into an electrical current which is amplified and regenerated into PECL compatible data. The OTC155-xxA2xxCR series provides the choice of duplex SC, FC, or ST connectors for different clients. They need uses with CWDM Multiplexer/Demultiplexer (CWDM Mux/Demux) that Optcore separately sells.
