1.25G Single Mode 1×9 Optical Transceiver Module (SMF, 1310nm, 20km, SC/ST/FC, 3.3V/5V) The OPT1250-3120xxCR series are high-performance and cost-effective 1×9 optical transceivers for high-speed serial optical communication that require data rates of 1.25Gbps. They are suitable for Gigabit Ethernet and 1x Fibre channel long-reach applications. This series of 1×9 optical transceivers provide a 20km transmission distance over single mode fiber at a nominal wavelength of 1310nm. Each 1×9 transceiver module consists of a transmitter section and a receiver section. The transmitter incorporates a highly reliable 1310 nm FP Laser and a driver circuit that converts Pseudo Emitter Coupled Logic(PECL) data to the light signal. The receiver incorporates a high-speed PIN photodiode converting the light signal into an electrical current which is amplified and regenerated into PECL compatible data. The OPT1250-3120xxCR series 1×9 transceiver provides with choice of duplex SC, FC, or ST receptacle for different clients.
