Orange Blossoms have been used to help anxiety and insomnia due to their mildly sedating effects on the nervous system. Orange blossom tea is abundant in Vitamin C, Flavonoids, and Carotene, a potent blend that helps relaxation and reduces anxiety. The fresh aroma of this tea can also help you relax and focus better. Its tranquillizing effects are known to relax the mind and body, giving you a euphoric sense of relaxation. Botany, Cultivation & Harvesting:  Full orange trees grow to 30 feet tall and 30 feet wide, while dwarf orange trees grow to 12 feet tall and 12 feet wide. Orange trees grow in full sun, and in loamy, well-drained, acidic, neutral soil. They are hardy in zones 9-11. The optimal temperature to grow an orange tree is between 60-90°F. Orange trees require constant watering, but do not tolerate soggy soil. They need to be well drained. Established trees require about 1 inch of water a week.
